2.Sales & Operations Planning Manager
The Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Manager will be the customer facing operations lead for Thailand and strategic account teams, working closely within the these accounts on operations matters as well as with Sales Account Planning to identify and implement "win-win" solutions and foster partner relationships. Additionally, the S&OP Manager is responsible for managing and leading the Regional Sales and Operations Planning weekly demand supply balancing processes to optimize sales and minimize supply chain risks for local customers. Manage and lead weekly S&OP processes for assigned Customers and Products. Execute weekly S&OP to align production plans and sales orders/contracts to include: weekly meeting with Supply Chain, focus meetings with global planning, factory forecasts, and lead weekly CPFR meetings with major accounts. Co-Chair weekly CPFR customer meetings. Negotiate sales planning issues with customers and drive solutions with customers to create "win-win" environment. Responsible to determine allocations by account team in the event that supply is constrained on any one commercial model. Allocation decisions based upon multiple factors to minimize the impact to revenue, customer relationships, and disruption of the supply chain. Serve as single point of contact and escalation point for account teams back into Regional management and Global Sales as demand plans fluctuate within the monthly process. Measure and track accuracy KPI's and report variances in weekly meetings.
Job Descriptions: * Responsible for tracking KPI's for assigned accounts, driving sustained performance according to the KPI's and leading the Operations QBR meeting for those accounts. * Act as operations representative supporting assigned accounts in. * Serve as lead in all operations 'close loop corrective action' activities supporting assigned accounts. * Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements: * Four-year Bachelor's degree required. * 10 years industry experience, 5 years mgmt experience, 3-5 years experience in sales planning and forecasting and production/inventory control. * Customer negotiation skills and experience building "win-win" relationships. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and planning skills as well as computer skills. * Foster team building and cross-functional cooperation. * Approximately 20% travel required.
